Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Physician-supervised ketamine sessions.

From intention to integration.

The light goes deep, the music was chosen for you and made before you arrived, and somebody stays in the room the whole way through.

What actually happens

About two hours, and none of it is hurried.

You settle first. The room is for your comfort, the light is low, set for a soothing environment where you can relax.

The medicine is given by intramuscular injection under medical supervision, with a trained guide in the room from before it begins until after it ends. Then there is time to come back down, at whatever pace that takes, and nobody is rushing you out of the room.

From intention to integration

The session is the middle of it, not the whole of it.

A preparation call comes first, on its own day, about twenty minutes. A playlist is made for you before the day. Then the session. Then an integration call afterward.

All four are included in the $250. Nothing in that list is an extra.

Everything here is self-pay. It is not covered by insurance, and we do not provide superbills.

Integration coaching is available separately, $150 for two thirty-minute sessions. It is optional, and it is not eligible for HSA or FSA.

Who is in the room

Somebody is with you the whole time.

A trained guide stays in the room from before the session starts until after it ends.

The clinical side is supervised by a physician and a nurse, who are not in the room continuously. The physician here has been board certified in anesthesiology since 1980, and trained in ketamine therapy at The PeerPoint Medical Education Institute in 2024.

What ketamine is

Ketamine is approved by the FDA as an anesthetic. Its use for mood is off-label, which means a physician prescribes it on clinical judgment. It is not covered by insurance.

How it starts

It starts with a conversation.

Half an hour, no charge, nothing to fill in first. You say what brought you, and whether this is the right thing gets worked out together.

Whether a service here is right for you is decided with you, by your clinician.
