The first few minutes are for what is actually going on this week, in your words, at whatever speed you talk.
Then the long middle. That is where the same thing keeps turning up in different clothes, and where somebody asks the question you have been walking around.
The last stretch is for what you are going to do about it. One move, chosen by you, small enough to survive a bad Thursday.
Noticing is the easy half.
In-between sessions is the work.
Sessions are booked one at a time. There is no block to buy up front and no agreement to sign, and how many you have is a decision you make each time rather than once at the start.
Card, cash or check. Everything here is self-pay. We do not take insurance, and we do not provide superbills.
No charge, nothing to bring, nothing to fill in first. You talk, somebody asks, and by the end you hear your own words back and get to say whether that lands.
Sometimes that means booking a session here. Sometimes it means a name and a number for somebody across town. Both are good endings.
