Sylvia is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in holistic well-being. She has a background in Philosophy, is a certified trauma and somatics coach, and completed a self-study with renowned therapist Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry.
She has studied under respected teacher Mary Shutan since 2014 and has trained in Amazonian plant medicines with a Peruvian shamanic healer. With her diverse training, Sylvia brings a unique and compassionate approach to Empathic Practice.
